OpenAI has acquired Global Illumination, a company that uses AI to create creative tools and digital experiences. The entire team, which has designed products for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, Pixar, and Riot Games, will join OpenAI and contribute to core products such as ChatGPT.
