A few years ago, well before the advent of multi-modal AI models, I pushed my former employer to research and bring to life an AI model capable of seeing what the user was doing on the screen, capture patterns over daily/weekly/monthly activity, and convert those patterns into automation workflows.

When you are in the business of selling automation, your biggest enemy is the complexity in writing automation workflows. The harder it is, the slower the adoption of your solution.
